Basic Pistol Course
The Basic Pistol course is scheduled for eight hours. In it students will get the NRA’s The Basics of Pistol Shooting handbook and intensive lessons in safety, gun handling, the various types of pistols, the fundamentals of pistol marksmanship, various pistol firing positions, several practical exercises on the firing range, cleaning, storage, and a summary of pistol sports and activities.

Why Do We Teach the CPL Course?
We believe that every person should be able to protect themselves and their families from those who intend to do them harm. By preparing people, one person at a time, we believe we can make a long-term impact on our community and revitalize our city.
When are classes taught?
CPL Classes are on Saturday and Sunday at 9 am ET at the Americenter Building located 26677 W 12 Mile Rd Southfield, MI 48034
